《100% original Shimakuro Aguu pork》
Pork that is 100% descended from the Ryukyu native pig island Kuro Agu bloodline.Its main characteristics are its white fat and firm texture.The feed is mainly made up of wheat, with natural calcium from fossilized coral from Yonaguni Island, mugwort, garlic, seaweed, and molasses.Although it costs more than regular feed, the health of the pigs is our top priority.
