Pork that is 100% derived from the bloodline of the Ryukyu native Pig Island Black Agu.Its main characteristics are its white fat and firm meat texture.The feed is mainly made up of wheat, mixed with natural calcium from fossilized coral from Yonaguni Island, mugwort, garlic, seaweed, and molasses.Although it costs more than regular feed, the health of the pigs comes first.
