Enjoy our shabu-shabu made with high-quality pork that takes advantage of the characteristics of three varieties: the Ryukyu native Aguu pork, which is rich in fat but has a rich flavor; Duroc pork, which is prone to marbled loin; and Berkshire pork, which is a black pig with finely grained red meat. This is a delicious, high-quality pork with sweet fat that makes use of the characteristics of three breeds of pork: the native Ryukyu Yanbaru Island Agu (high in fat but rich in flavor), Duroc (which tends to have marbled meat in the loin), and Berkshire (a black pig with finely grained red meat).
