Enjoy our shabu-shabu made with high-quality pork that takes advantage of the characteristics of three varieties: the Yanbaru Island Pork Agut, a Ryukyu native pork with a lot of fat but a rich flavor, Duroc, which is prone to marbled loin, and Berkshire, a black pig with finely grained red meat! In addition to meat, you can also enjoy bacon salad, rafute, fried foods, vegetables, boiled dumplings, Okinawa soba or rice.

This is a delicious, high-quality pork with sweet fat that makes use of the characteristics of three breeds of pork: the native Ryukyu Yanbaru Island Agu (high in fat but rich in flavor), Duroc (which tends to have marbled meat in the loin), and Berkshire (a black pig with finely grained red meat).
