Enjoy shabu-shabu made with Shimakuro Agu pork, delivered directly from Ganaha Livestock Farm and characterized by its white fat and firm meat! In addition to the meat, the set comes with vegetables, boiled dumplings, and Okinawa soba or rice. *The photo shows Shimakuro Agu pork loin belly (serves 2).

■Meat: Shimakuro Agu Pork (Shoulder/Thigh)

Pork that is 100% descended from the Ryukyu native pig island Kuro Agu bloodline.Its main characteristics are its white fat and firm texture.The feed is mainly made up of wheat, with natural calcium from fossilized coral from Yonaguni Island, mugwort, garlic, seaweed, and molasses.Although it costs more than regular feed, the health of the pigs is our top priority.

[How to eat it deliciously]

1. Dip the meat in the Japanese-style soup and enjoy the sweetness of the Agu pork fat with "Kurikuni Salt".

2nd: Dip the meat in the Japanese-style soup and add green onions and grated maple leaves to the homemade sauce.

3rd: Dip the meat in the Japanese-style soup and add white ponzu sauce and white spring onions to enjoy.

4. Enjoy our special soup with meat and vegetables.
