A brand of pig made by crossbreeding a hybrid pig (Kenboro A) with the Yanbaru Agu pig, a native Ryukyu pig.This delicious pork has moist, tender red meat with sweet fat that makes the most of the Yanbaru Agu meat quality.

[How to eat it deliciously]
1. Dip the meat in the Japanese-style soup and enjoy the sweetness of the Agu pork fat with "Kurikuni Salt".
2nd: Dip the meat in the Japanese-style soup and add green onions and grated maple leaves to the homemade sauce.
3rd: Dip the meat in the Japanese-style soup and add white ponzu sauce and white spring onions to enjoy.
